William Denton O"Donnell

William D. (Dub) O’Donnell was born May 17, 1935, and passed away on October 7, 2025. Dub was blessed from the start with relatives and family who taught him to care for and love everybody. No family is more loving than his.

He was raised in Big Spring, TX, and graduated in 1953. He completed his working career with Bell Helicopter and retired in 1995, and again in 2007.

Dub was married to Mary Jack, the loving mother of his two children, for 50 years. Later, he married Jean, his current spouse, and they shared 19 years of marriage.

He is survived by his wife, Jean; daughter, Sherri (Chuck); sister, Claudia (Tommy); sisters-in-law, Cindy Tuckness and Trovita (Don). He is also survived by two grandchildren, several nieces, numerous great-grandchildren, and many others whom he lovingly included as family.
