Obituary

Viola Gossett, 92, passed away on May 7th, 2022 at her home in Crowley, TX. She was born on May 12th, 1929 in Columbus, Ohio to William Ray Kelly and Elsie Viola Kelly. She was preceded in death by her husband John L. Gossett Jr.; parents William and Elsie Kelly, brother Bill Kelly and Leo Kelly, sisters Jean Wassmuth, Ruth Oberla, and Frances Greene; daughter Pamela Jean Gossett and her son John Gossett III. She is survived by her daughter Melodye Gossett, daughter in-law Kathy Gossett, 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. 

A graveside service will be held at Duncan Municipal Cemetery in Duncan, Oklahoma on Thursday, May 12th, 2022.
