Vergle Lee Hicks

Vergle Lee Hicks, 80, long time resident of Alvarado, passed away Sunday November 24, 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Virgil was born March 25, 1939 in Trinity, TX. The son of Suzie Bethel (Pierce) Hicks and Vernon William Hicks.He served in the U.S. Army and worked in the Aerospace Industry for over 33 years. Vergle married Ginger Kathleen Cox on March 9, 1991 in Santa Clarita, California.

Vergle was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Billy Owens and James Hicks.

Those left to cherish his memory: loving wife of 28 years, Ginger Kathleen Hicks; sons, Christopher Andrew Hicks and his wife Patricia, Vernon Lee Hicks and his wife Cara, Benjamin Levi Hicks and his his wife Brande, and Edward Albert Hicks and his wife Shana; sister, Nancy Brookshire and her husband Fred.
