In Loving Memory of Thersa Peet-Sepeda

Thersa Peet-Sepeda, age 48, of Alvarado, Texas, passed away peacefully on February 19th, 2025, Born on April 22nd, 1976. Thersa was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and friend, whose spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She is survived by her devoted husband, David Sepeda; her children, David Joseph Parada Jr., Kayla Frances Sepeda, and David Ray Sepeda; Her parents, Cookie and Tommy Yarborough; her sisters, Jennifer Peet, Melissa Peet, Andrea Peet, Renee Self, Susan DiBartolomeo; her Brothers, Adam Peet, Joshua Peet; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins & friends who were touched by her warmth and generosity. She was preceded in death by her father Herbert Wayne Peet & her grandmother Daisy Frances Belknap 

Thersa was an incredible mother who lived for her family and children. She was known for her unwavering love, devotion, and tireless support. She was always ready to lend a hand, had a heart that knew no bounds, offering kindness and assistance to anyone in need. Thersa was a unique soul — feisty yet calm, compassionate yet strong. She was the listening ear that friends and family could turn to, a safe confidant, and a true friend.

Her legacy is one of love, compassion, and selflessness. She touched many lives through her generosity and will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

A visitation for Thersa will be held on Monday, February 24th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Clayton Kay Vaughan Funeral Home (200 E Patton Ave, Alvarado, TX). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th, at 1:00 PM at Alvarado Church of Christ (203 US-67, Alvarado, TX).
