Terryl Lee Hartman

Terry Lee Hartman, at the age of 77, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 23, 2024.  She was adored and loved by all who knew her.

Terry, the oldest of five children, was born on March 29, 1947 in Joliet, Illinois, to Lee and Mary Hartman. She was a passionate special education teacher who impacted countless lives over the more than 40 years of her career.  Her gift extended into teaching, writing Sunday School and VBS curriculum, and leading many special programs at her beloved Thompson Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Mary Hartman, a sister Sandra, nephew Gary Gene Pack, niece Jennifer Pack Johnson, and brother-in-law Eric Johnson, Jr.

Terry is survived by her brother, Lee Hartman II and wife Linda;  brother Wes Hartman and wife Sue;  sister Robin Diesburg and husband Bob and numerous nieces and nephews.
