Tammy Estelle Shoemake

Tammy Estelle Shoemake passed from this life and went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.

Tammy was born to Richard and Mary Jane Shoemake on January 11, 1965, in Bryan, Texas. Tammy grew up in Grand Prairie and moved to Alvarado in 2015.

She loved Jesus, her family, music, dressing up and dancing!  She could light up a room, she had the cutest little giggle. To know her was to love her. She will be so missed.

Tammy is preceded in death by her mother Mary Jane Wheeler, her stepmother Jo Shoemake, her brother Danny Shoemake, and half-sister Bernice Kay Begley.

Tammy is survived by her father Richard Shoemake of Alvarado, TX, sister Janet Shoemake of Oklahoma, brother Shawn McNamara and wife Marie of Alaska, brother James McNamara and wife Donna of Louisiana, Half-sister Denice Fay Sheffield of Utah, Half-brother John Hodder of Florida and many nieces and nephews and cousins.

A special Thank You to the staff at Alvarado Meadows Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center for the Love and Care they gave to Tammy.
