Steven Charles Lenard

August 31, 1992 – July 15, 2026

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Charles Lenard, who left this world on July 15, 2026. Though his time here was far too short, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.

Steven was born in Cleburne, Texas, and was raised by his father, Steven Ray Lenard, and his bonus mom, Shannon Layne. He was raised in Alvarado, Texas, where he built lifelong friendships and graduated from Alvarado High School. Alvarado remained close to his heart throughout his life.

Steven worked as a long-haul truck driver, embracing the open road with the same adventurous spirit that defined him. He found joy in life's simple pleasures—riding motorcycles, fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors.

Above all, Steven was a man of faith. His relationship with God was important to him, and he often shared conversations about his faith with his dad. Those talks brought him and his Dad comfort, strength, and hope.

Steven's greatest blessing was his family. He was a proud father to his three children, Serenity, Jason, Rebecca and Charles Lenard, whom he loved deeply

One of the sweetest memories shared by the family comes from his grandson, Charles, who fondly remembered that his Dad "really enjoyed Chevy trucks." It is these simple, heartfelt memories that will continue to bring smiles through the tears and remind us of the man he was.

Though he is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the stories that will continue to be shared, and the love that will never fade.

He leaves behind his loving family, dear friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. May they find comfort in the memories they hold and peace in knowing that Steven's journey continues in the loving presence of the Lord.
