Shirley Renae (Elson) Brown

Shirley Renae Brown was born June 9th, 1957, in Ft. Worth, Texas to Joe and Lela Elson. She took her last breath on earth and stepped into heaven on August 7th, 2023.

Shirley married Donald Paul Brown on September 13th, 1991, in Hurst, Texas. Shirley accepted Jesus as her Savior at Bethel Baptist Church in Arlington, Texas. She and Don became faithful members of Central Baptist Church in Alvarado where she spent many years serving the Lord through VBS, Good News Club, and as a Sunday School teacher.

Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and sister, Sabra Jumper. 

She is survived by sister: Necha (Vincent) Esquivel; son: Nathan McCardle; 3 stepsons: Paul (Jackie) Brown; Sean Brown; Benjamin (Sarah) Brown; grandchildren: Anastasia Brown; Chris Brown; Matthew Henderson; Maranda Brown; Madisen Brown; Micah Brown; Mac Brown; Myles Brown; Mark Brown; June McCardle; Maggie Sue Brown; Ava McCardle; and baby Brown (Due Soon); and many other beloved family and friends.
