Robert "Bob" A Gandy

Robert “Bob” Gandy, 62, of Grandview, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2020 with his wife Bobbie by his side.

Robert “Bob” Alfred Gandy was born April 9, 1957 in Dallas, Texas the son of Billy Alfred Gandy and Bonnie Sue Cotter Gandy. Bob was a graduate of Carter High School. He married Bobbie Ann Hood in 1983 in Irving, Texas. Bob and Bobbie owned Air-Rite Compressor in Alvarado. He was a resident of Grandview for 23 years. He loved dancing, water, boating, and traveling to Galveston every year.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Susan Arlene Alexander.

Those left to cherish his memory: Loving wife of 36 years, Bobbie; twin brother, William Gandy and wife, Candace and brother, Steve Gandy; step-daughter, Angela Smith; step- son, Kurtis Brannum; 3 grandchildren, Tommy, Zachary, and Shelby Rae; 6 great-grandchildren, Bobby, Grayson, Katylyn, and Isaiah, Emma and KJ; 4 nephews and 1 niece.
