With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Lee Taylor, 45, of Joshua, Texas, who departed this life on May 5, 2025.

Robert was born on April 15, 1980, and lived a life full of love, laughter, and quiet strength. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, a cherished son, and a loyal friend. Those who knew him will remember his steady presence, his kind heart, and his deep love for his family.

He is survived by his wife, Shannon Taylor, and their children: Alexander Adair, Brennan Taylor, and Macayla Taylor, each of whom he loved deeply and was incredibly proud of. Robert is also survived by his mother, Beth English, and his stepfather, Rick English, who held a special place in his life.

Robert will be remembered for the way he showed up for those he loved, his quiet wisdom, and the joy he brought into every room. He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering dedication to his family.

A celebration of Robert’s life will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 10:30 am at Clayton Kay – Vaughn Funeral Home in Alvarado, Texas, where friends and loved ones are invited to gather and honor the memory of a truly remarkable man. The viewing will take place on Monday, May 12, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
