Pamela K. (Harvey) Spivey

Pamela K. Harvey Spivey passed away on December 21, 2025. She was born on July 10, 1944, in Abilene, Texas, to Joe Dabney Harvey and Gem Laverne West-Sherrill.

Pamela grew up in Nugent, Texas, and graduated from high school in Anson, Texas. She later married Charles E. Spivey, who survives her.

Pamela was employed as an office manager with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for many years. She lived in Alvarado, Texas, where she attended First Baptist Church of Alvarado.

She is survived by her husband, Charles E. Spivey; her children, Joey Boyd of Oregon and Gena Boyd of Colorado; and her stepchildren, Kelly Spivey Yarbrough of Cleburne, Texas, Lori Spivey Wagner of Alvarado, Texas, Julie Spivey-Hollenbach of Burleson, Texas, Crissy Spivey Ingram of Fort Worth, Texas, Cathy Martin of Joshua, Texas and her brother Ronald Harvey of Anton, Texas. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Pamela enjoyed gardening and yard work and loved traveling to gold mines and diamond mines.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe Dabney Harvey and Gem Laverne West-Sherrill, and by her baby sister, Dana Harvey.
