Michael Alan “Spider” Harper, 68, a truck driver, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at his home in Grandview, surrounded by his loving family.

Spider was born June 11, 1952 in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey the son of Alta Bernice Parker and Billy Gean Harper. He was a graduate of West Morris High School in Chester, New Jersey. He served in the United States Navy from 1972-1977. Michael married Jo Ann Casetra May 20, 1978 in Randolph, New Jersey. Michael is preceded in death by his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory: Loving wife of 42 years, Jo Harper of Grandview; daughters, Danielle Hutchinson and husband Jamie of Georgetown, Mandy Fedor and husband Jeff of Grandview, Crystal Matthews and husband Mason of Burleson, and Tina Reinke and husband James of Axtell; 8 grandchildren, Colby, Ashlin, Cade, Levi, Braylin, Logan, Grady, and Anna; sister, Dawn Fish an husband Jim of Midlothian.

The family will be having a private service.
