Linda Hanson Obituary


Linda Gay Hanson,78, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2022 in Mansfield,  Texas. Born in Grapevine, Texas on Oct 5, 1943. She worked as a master cabinet maker for 25 years.
Linda enjoyed spending time with her husband, Michael, fishing, gardening, gathering and shelling pecans to sell. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She was a devoted Christian who lead many to the Lord. She genuinely cared about others and was very loving.  A long time member of Oakdale Baptist church and  a recent member of First Baptist Mansfield.
Linda is survived by her husband of 32 years, Michael, her daughter Laurie Cooper and husband Steve of Mansfield, son Ray Miller and wife Wendy, of Mansfield,  son Scott Hanson and wife Janina of Sulfer Springs, daughter Michelle Livingston of Plano, grandchildren Stephanie McIntire, Amy Mohon, Stephen Cooper, Ashley Miller, Brianna Livingston, Makayla Livingston and Savannah Livingston, Great grandchildren Cooper and Milo McIntire, sisters Margie Wheeler and Lois Jaynes, brother Lee Long
She was preceded in death by her parents E. F. and Dorothy Long, brother James Long
