Obituary for Kenneth James Triplett

Kenneth James Triplett, of Alvarado, Texas, passed away on February 28, 2025, at the age of 53. He was born on February 25, 1972, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Stephen Edward Triplett, Sr. and Theda Mae (Montgomery) Triplett.

Kenneth met and married the love of his life, Judith Veta (Kinsey) Triplett, on November 19, 1995, in Rolla, Missouri. Together, they built a life filled with love and devotion, residing in various places including West Plains, Koshkonong, and Independence, Missouri. He was raised in Cahokia, Illinois, and remained deeply connected to his roots throughout his life.

A man of faith, Kenneth was a Baptist who found comfort in his beliefs. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend. He was blessed with two children, Catesa Triplett and Dillon Triplett, whom he adored.

Kenneth had a passion for animals, especially cats, and was known for his kind and gentle spirit toward them. He was also a talented chef, dedicating over 35 years of his life to the restaurant industry. Beyond his culinary skills, he loved working with electronics and computers, often rebuilding and creating them with ingenuity and skill. He found joy in goodwill shopping, yard sales, and discovering hidden treasures.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Stephen Edward Triplett, Sr. and Theda Mae Triplett, as well as his brothers, Jeff Triplett and Thomas Triplett.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife, Judith Triplett; his children, Catesa Triplett and Dillon Triplett; his twin sister, Tracy Triplett; his brothers, Stephen Triplett, Mike Triplett, Mark Triplett, and Brian Triplett; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will forever cherish his memory.

Kenneth will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and the love he shared with those around him. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
