Keith Lavern ''Red'' Flinn left this earth on July 15th, 2021. He was 89 years old, and born in Mitchell County, Kansas to parents Raymond and Eunice Flinn. Red would go on to move to Grand Prairie, Texas in 1958. In 1959 the family moved to Venus and he began working at TXI. The family bought a home and moved to Alvarado in 1963. He lived in his home until 2016 when he moved to an assisted living center in Cleburne where he lived until the time of his death.
Keith was preceded in death by his wife Norma, son Randy Flinn, daughter Penny Tidwell, sister Twila Buttery, brother Edwin Flinn, and his parents Raymond and Eunice Flinn.
Mr. Flinn is survived by his son Choya L. Flinn & wife Judy, son-in-law Darrell Tidwell, sister, Teresa and husband Glen, grandchildren Michael Tidwell & wife Babbett, Curtis Tidwell & wife Heather, Choya J. Flinn & wife LeeAnn, Shannon Flinn & partner Al Evans, Monica Mitchell & husband Scott, Jennifer Mitchell & husband David, as well as 24 great grandchildren & great-great grandchildren.
We ask all friends and family to please wear a mask when attending the visitation and service.
Visitation: Friday, July 23rd, 2021, from 6pm-8pm at Clayton Kay Vaughan Funeral Home.
Service: Saturday July 24th, 2021 at 2pm at Clayton Kay Vaughan Funeral Home
Internment: Bethany Cemetery, Alvarado, TX.
