Karen Sue (Baker) Martin

Karen Sue Martin went to be with our Lord on March 4, 2022. She was born in Saginaw, Michigan to her loving parents, Ralph E Baker and Doris Ann Clements on April 18, 1946. Karen moved to Alvarado over 45 years ago, where she met and married Jesse James Martin Jr. Karen was a Christian and was a member of Watts Chapel United Methodist Church in Grandview, Texas. In her last few years, her main companion was her dog, Chica, who she loved like she was her child. Preceding Karen in death was her father, Ralph, her mother, Doris, and her husband, Jesse. Karen is survived by her brother, Kenneth A. Baker and his wife, Denise Baker of Alvarado, TX, their children Stephen and wife Jennifer Baker of Grandview TX, their children Elijah Alan and Ethan Thomas, Tammy(Baker) Harper and her husband Kevin of Arlington TX, their children Maeland Grace, Owen Michael, Evelyn Kate, and Charlotte Irene, Jennifer (Baker) Smith and husband Shawn of Aledo TX, their children Saddie Brenae, Sophie Raedyn, Stanley Colt. Sister, Linda Ann Hayes and husband Cecil of Alvarado TX, their children, Kenneth E. Hayes of Alvarado TX, Lee Ann (Hayes) Hobelman and husband Travis of Alvarado, TX, their children Seth Joseph and Kaia Ann.
