Jude Wayne Throckmorton, 26, of Alvarado, Texas came into the world May 15th, 1996 at Hugley Hospital. He went home to be with the ultimate healer, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on June 29th, 2022. He left this life peacefully at home with his loving wife and sons.
Jude started school in Alvarado ISD from kindergarten through to 10th grade, he then went to Azle High where he graduated from. Jude achieved 13th place in the state for marching band and 7th place out of over 250 drumlines. After graduating he attended Lincoln Tech where he finished with his CNC license.
Jude became a member of the Alvarado Church of Christ just 4 days after he was born and was truly a member of God's Army, no doubt. Jude's hobbies and talents went hand in hand and they were countless! Beginning at the raw age of 8 months old, his Dad would put him in his lap to drum with him along to music till he would fall asleep. As he grew older, Jude wanted more than just drums and went on to learn to play guitar, bass guitar, banjo, piano, harmonica, mandolin, ukulele, washboard and even the spoons for the Blues. He didn't stop there either, his imagination wanted even more! He began writing lyrics and music to go with them. He has an album he wrote in which he played every instrument and sang all the lyrics to. He was a mind-blowing talent!
His other creative interests started around age 6, when he began receiving numerous awards for his water color paintings. Of course in this endeavor as well, Jude wanted MORE. He moved through several stages to master his art in the medium of acrylic on canvas. His passion for music inspired him to create a guitar out of an old stepstool his father used as a child. The second guitar he created was made out of Lego's!
Jude's personality shined brightly when he walked into a room. He had never met a stranger and never failed to bring a smile to anyone's face. Jude always respected his elders, had a way with children, and gave endless compassion to those around him. Anyone that had the pleasure to meet Jude will always feel like he touched their hearts; it was just who he was and the aura he carried around him.
