Jessie H. (Hernandez) Santos

Jessie H. Santos, 81, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and a beautiful soul who touched the lives of everyone who knew her.

Jessie was born and raised in Dallas, Texas (Ledbetter), where she built a life centered around family, love, and caring for others. She was married to her beloved spouse, Jose F. Santos Sr., with whom she shared 57 years of marriage filled with love and cherished memories. Together, they raised a loving family who will forever hold close her guidance and support.

She is survived by her children, Jose Santos Jr., Maria Azucena Salazar and her husband Richard Salazar Jr., and Elizabeth Aguilar and her husband Vincent Aguilar. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Destiny Aguilar, Sabrina Aguilar, Christian Aguilar, Nathan Aguilar, Celicia Salazar, Alejandro Salazar, Monica Santos, Emma Santos, and Enrique Santos; and great-grandmother to Maribel Guerrero and Adelina Mendoza, all of whom she loved deeply and cared for with all her heart.

Jessie was known for her amazing cooking, her love of spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and her enjoyment of playing bingo. She found joy in taking care of her family and always made sure everyone felt loved, welcomed, and supported. She was kind, funny, loving, and strong, and her warm spirit will never be forgotten.

Her family will always remember her as the heart of the home—a woman whose love held everyone together. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and unconditional love that will live on through her children, grandchildren, and all who were blessed to know her.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
