Ida Mae Eitel

Ida Mae Eitel, 93, of Fort Worth, Texas,  went to heaven peacefully, November 16th surrounded by her family.

She was born Ida Mae Stevens in Davila, Texas on June 11th, 1929. Ida was married to Richard Eitel, Sr. They met in Temple, Texas at a roller skating rink and were married September 24th, 1951. Richard was a Korean War veteran with 4 tours to Korea and Ida was by his side during his entire service. They were stationed in both California and Fort Hood, Texas. They lived in Flint, Michigan for several years when their children where young and then found their home in Texas.

Ida is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Eitel Sr., and children Richard Eitel Jr. and Linda Eitel.

She is survived by her children Steve, Phillip, Donna, David, Janet, and Danny, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
