Gerald Delozier

Gerald Delozier, a long-time resident of Alvarado passed away on January 11th, 2022, with his loving wife by his side. Gerald was born May 11th, 1938 to his parents Cora Dell and George Delozier in Hugo, Oklahoma. Gerald worked in cabinet installation and enjoyed many hobbies with his family. He also honorably served his country in the United States Navy. Gerald will be remembered for his incredible sense of humor, his love of barbecuing ribs and southern gospel music, as well as his endearing nature.

Gerald is preceded in death by his parents Cora Dell and George Washington Delozier.

Those left to treasure Gerald's legacy are his beloved wife of 8 years, Lois Delozier, sons Dewayne Delozier and wife Kelli, Lance Delozier and wife Veronica, daughter Rene Delozier McDonald and husband Terry, stepsons Howell Downing and wife Jade, Step-daughter Patricia Young and husband Paul; as well as his sisters Dorothy, Ina, Ilene and Iris.
