Edgar Ray Woolard

Edgar Ray Woolard Sr, went to be with the lord Thursday, February 4, 2021. Edgar was the most amazing man.  He always wanted to help anyone that needed help. Everyone that knew him, knew that they could always count on him. He would give his last bit of money to even a stranger in need. Edgar spent his life as a salesman, and was self-employed. He loved going to Shreveport, Winstar, and Las Vegas to play BlackJack. He loved being with his family, watching old movies, and talking about old times. He also loved the holidays because he really enjoyed the food.

He was loved very very much and will be missed dearly. The world will not be the same without him. I know he will be welcomed in Heaven by all his family.

He was survived by his four kids, Darla Miller and husband James, Edgar Woolard Jr.,and wife Helen Woolard, Lisa Wilkinson and husband Rudy, Bryan Woolard and wife Joy, brother, Terry Woolard. Eight grandkids, James Miller Jr and wife Brandy, Valeri Miller, Brylie Woolard, Brenna Woolard, Andrea Woolard, Shannon, Tony Turner, and Chelsea Wilkinson. Nine great-grandkids, Tiphanie, James III, Greyson, Brayden Miller, Jace Umbreit, Lucy Woolard, Areal, Austin, Aiden Turner.

He was loved by so many and will be truly missed.
