Christopher Brian Hanks, age 48 was born on September 6, 1972 in Cleburne, Tx. He passed away on November 23, 2020 in Burleson, Tx. surrounded by family, after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer.

Chris is survived by his wife Brittnee and their children Connor and Auriella.
His children Samantha Valadez and her husband Taylor, Brittany Chamberlain and her husband Corey, Macy Hanks and Trent Hanks.
Grandchildren Hudson Valadez, Nash Valadez, Easton Chamberlain and Lexi Chamberlain.
His sister Amy Hanks, nieces Bailey and Brinley Wooten and his parents Paul and Debbie Hanks.
Chris was a graduate of Alvarado High School and attended Tarrant County College.
He spent time as a firefighter and EMT. He also worked for many years as a branch manager for several staffing companies.
Chris’ love was his wife and family. The light of Chris’ life was most definitely his kids and grandchildren. He cherished them and he was a great dad and “POPS”.
To his kids Chris was the best story teller, cook, splinter remover and broad shoulder to lean on. He could untangle any necklace and could make anything with his hands (and he did so with great pride). If you needed to light a birthday candle, he had a blow torch that would do the trick.
Chris followed his dad into the Masonic fraternity. He was a past master of Alvarado Lodge #314.
