Obituary

Charlene Marie Worley, age 48, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at home surrounded by her family.

Charlie or Cali as most knew her was born to Lois D. Rucks and Charles LeRoy Rucks in Bakersfield, CA. on September 20th 1972. Charlie moved to Texas from California around June 1975, where she first lived in Arlington before moving to Irving. There she attended school before getting her GED. Charlie lived life to the fullest no matter what she chose to do; whether it was driving a semi-truck, doing security, retail, or the many other things she did. Those who knew Charlie knew she NEVER met a stranger. If you were in a hurry do not take her with you, because everywhere she went she knew somebody or she was going to get to know you. 

Charlie loved hard when she loved you. There was never a doubt about that. Later in life, Charlie met the love of her life,  Richard "Dick" Worley. They married January 1, 2011 and were completely inseparable. Where one was, the other was probably close. They rode motorcycles together, attended lots of rallies, where they would set up and sew patches for other bikers. Throughout their 10 years together they visited many states and saw many  places together.

Charlie was preceded  in death by many relatives and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Dick Worley of Alvarado; mother, Lois of Alvarado; brother, Richard Thomas Rucks of Ennis; sister, Lisa Hicks of Arlington; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, step-children;  grandkids, plus her many "adopted" sisters and brothers.

Today we will celebrate the life of Charlie Worley. Try not to be sad because that is  not what she wants.
