She is survived by her mother, her siblings: Ronnie & Dee Toye, Debbie & Rodney Duckworth, and Sheri & Steve Koop, her children: Shelly & Chris Warner, and Tina Jackson, grandchild: John Warner (she loved him the most) and many cousins, neices & nephews. --If love could've saved her, she would've lived forever.--
