Brenda Durant, also known as fubby, met the love of her life, Richard Durant, over her famous Hamburger Steaks at Monty’s in Alvarado, Texas, and were married 3 months later. They were married on July 5, 1972. They enjoyed a fun 53 years of joyful ups and downs together, but they always made it work out in the end with an I Love You.
She served her church, family, and friends and was always willing to lend a hand or ear whenever someone was in need. MawMaw had a loving soul and always loved being around family, especially whenever she got the chance to spend time with her grandkids. From playing the board game Trouble to teaching them how to cook. She will be very missed and she will never be forgotten for her undying love for others and her husband, Ricky.
