Angela Marie (Dean) Owen

Angela Marie Owen, 49, went home with the Lord on February 27th of 2021 in Alvarado, Texas.

Angie was born on April 28, 1971, daughter of Ricky Schakosky and Susan Dean.

She devoted her life to her children and grand children. The Lord was her strength. Angie battled many surgeries but it never stopped her from loving those around her. Her smile lit up the room and her laugh was contagious. She loved her children and her grandkids were the center of her universe. She loved everyone around her and she never gave up. Family and her church family made her world go round. All in all she was very kind and accepting of all around her. Let that be what we remember her by.

A wife, a mother, a grandmother too, this is the legacy we have from you. You taught us to love and how to fight. You gave us strength, you gave us might. A stronger person would be hard to find and in your heart, you were always kind. You fought for us all in one way or another not just as a wife, not just as a mother. For all of us you gave your best, now the time has come for you to rest. So go in peace, you've earned your sleep. Your love in our hearts, we'll eternally keep. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 28 years, Larry Owen; her children, Jacob Owen and spouse Kelsie, Brittany Dean and spouse Michael, Jessica Owen and spouse Spencer, and Kelly Proffitt and spouse Brad; mother, Susan Dean; siblings; Matthew Dean, Tammy Dean, and Jennifer Dean; grandchildren, Nautica, Wesley, Wyatt, Lilly and Aubrey and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
