Winell Peck

Winell Peck, 95, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 2, 2018 in Burleson, Texas.

She was born on April 22, 1923 in Grandview, Texas to Cye and Gloe White. Winell loved to read and she baked the best cookies in the world!  She was a great organizer and original survivalist; she had a supply of 4 for everything in her house, and like her mother, Muh, she left a quilt for everyone. She entertained four grandchildren for many weeks for many summers. A true kind heart and soul that will be missed by all.

Winell is preceded in death by her parents; her two brothers, Cecil and Leonard White; her first husband, Leon Horn; and her second husband, Keith Peck; and her step children, Joyce Dement and Steve Peck. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Gary Horn and his spouse Marjean, Gloria Perkins, and Sharon Debusk; thirteen grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
