Joyce Ann Boucher at 67 years young, peacefully passed away in her home surrounded by her loved ones on Thursday, November 14, 2019. She was known for being a beautiful, caring, compassionate, driven, hard working, an amazingly strong willed woman with a fighters spirit and a unforgettable sense of humor. She touched the hearts of everyone she met and for those who knew and loved her, she will be greatly missed.
Joyce was born in Dallas, Texas on September 27, 1952, a daughter of late Opal (Sinyard) and Erwin Owens. She was raised in Irving, Texas and was one of twelve children-Sisters: Mary, Star, Dorthy, Billie and Jill; Brothers: Jerel, Donnie, Tommie, Vick, Kelly and Ricky.
Joyce married the love of her life, Robert Boucher in December 1984 and they settled in Alvarado, Texas. She spent her days as a homemaker, a loving mother and wife. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening, crafting, and spending time with her family and friends. Most importantly she is the mother of four boys – Timothy Bilyeu, James Bilyeu, Jesse Boucher, and Patrick Boucher. She has 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her sons – Tim and James; Brothers – Vick, Tommie, Donnie, and Ricky.
