Jack Lloyd Baker

Jack Lloyd Baker, 80, went to be with the Lord on August 6, 2019 surrounded by his loved ones. 

Jack was born the 5th son to James Claud and Mary Olliffie Baker on January 28, 1939 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Jack served his term in the US Army where he was recognized as a sharpshooter, then finished his military time in the National Guard.

Jack's passion was fishing, he always had his rod and reel with him and would drop it in any pond whenever he got a chance. He also enjoyed refereeing football.

He was a kind soul, helping anyone who asks, he will be missed.

Jack is preceded in death by his son Scott, his mom and dad, and three brothers, Kenneth Lee, James, and Bob who are there in "Glory" to welcome him. 

He is survived by his daughter, Belinda; his son, Jack; two grandsons, Austin and Corey Baker; brother, George and wife Nettie; sister Mary Ann and husband Kenneth; numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
